Sometimes, your day is going along normally. Maybe you’ve just cooked a nice tomato and chicken sauce over whole wheat pasta. Doesn’t seem like anything notable is going to happen. Perhaps you’ll take a nice bath later or call your Mom. You’ve got laundry to think about, plus packing for your trip back east. It’s a regular day. One of many regular days you’ve experienced in your life.
But then, you watch an episode of Magnum, PI and you see a shot where the boom mike lowers into the frame. And all of a sudden this is a great, great day. Yes. Life is good.
